Hey does this guy go by the name Cartoon?

If so he was in SF when I messengered in 90. He also came to Vegas and broke in Pro Cyclery. Its a long shot but that looks like him if so he went to prison and has still not learned and still up to the old games. If its him he is robbing your local bike shops also. He would shop lift small high end parts from shops around SF Berkly etc... Looked like a messenger hung with the messengers but was always stealing shit.

Just a heads up if its him watch out.

Being a messenger is the perfect cover for a bicycle thief.. I've seen this guy many times as well....
