Florida masters racer refuses doping test, hit with two-year suspension
A 45-year-old Miami, Florida, cyclist has accepted a two-year suspension from cycling after refusing to submit a sample at the USA Cycling masters national track championships in July, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency announced Thursday.
Roger Hernandez refused to take part in a doping control test at the event.
