I just flipped through all 65 pages of the current membership of this site. About 80 or 90 percent of the people with profiles have not been here since 2009 or 2010. Is anyone out there?

I live in Arlington, Virginia and work in Washington, D.C. I haven't owned a car since 2004, though I've only just started the transformation from getting around by two feet and public transportation to two wheels. My current ride is a Trek Belleville, the first bike I've owned since the year I gave up my car. Shelley, as I call her, is a bit heavy and slow, so we may not stay together long.
I love everything I'm seeing and learning about living a cyclist's life. And this site has been a great discovery.
