Thanks everyone, Im actually doing alot better, Its only been a week and I am already out of a brace walking around.  Its healing fast, physical therapy is just a pain, exercises are killing me, just sore as all get out.

Ah dude. I keep looking at the picture and saying "ah, fuck!" At least it's only 2 months and not 2 years or never. Wish you a speedy recovery brother.

Yikes. I'm riding with a torn cruciate ligament at the moment. I have to have an operation to repair the knee in June - then, no riding for 6weeks whilst on crutches, a rebuild program to get the leg working for 6months and no competitive sport for 12months. I feel your pain bro.

Please make sure you get an MRI scan on the knee. It'll be the only way to ensure you haven't done anything similar!!
